The difference between food poisoning and gallbladder attacks is that the pain is in your upper right side near the rib cage, deep breathing actually makes the gall bladder pain worse where deep breathing with food poisoning helps or makes your throw up, and it takes a week to get over as the food poisoning is in the middle of the stomach and back for kidneys etc; you can actually feel the ickies moving like a hot river of water or in a gallbladder attack it feels like knifes are cutting your stomach to pieces. I hope I haven't confused you or too gorgery for others reading this. I just have way too much experience in dealing with medical stuff.
